 EQALL teamed up with Capital One to power their Impact Initiative Accelerator for Mobility; building a unique, high-impact curriculum designed for startups looking to revolutionize the mobility sector. 

 We turned ideas into a learning journey that resonated—while Capital One delivered impact that lasts beyond the program. 

 EQALL ran point on United Way’s Social Innovation Incubator—handling design, speaker recruitment, facilitation, and reporting—so their team could stay focused on strategy, not spreadsheets.

so United Way could make it impactful.

 EQALL teamed up with Texas Woman’s University to take their AccelerateHER program statewide—bridging the gap between rural towns and big cities to get more women the entrepreneurial support they deserve.

 We host and build the structure and manage program delivery—allowing TWU-CWE to scale statewide without overloading their team. 

 EqALL transformed a traditional live learning model into an async experience—making entrepreneurial support more flexible, accessible, and scalable.  

 We reimagined the flow, repackaged the content, and built a system that works on any schedule—so learning through The DEC could happen anytime, anywhere. 

 EQALL supported Dallas College to meet founders where they are in their unique journeys through Technical Assistance.  

 We reimagined small business support by creating a non-cohort-based approach for founders at any stage to support individualized learning, growth and scale. 

 EQALL partnered with HEDI for a goal-driven partnership—helping program participants meet growth targets with expert guidance and incentivizing success every step of the way. 

 We designed a TA driven program allowing each business owner being served to set their own program goals and then provide then the support to achieve them for individualized growth.
