They start with a Welcome Session with our Business Navigator. This conversation helps us understand where the business is today and what support will be most helpful to move forward.

Step 2: Setting Clear Goals and Staying on Track. 

Based on need, business owners are paired with a Business Advisor who will help set realistic, meaningful goals. This person will be the main point of contact and will support throughout the initiative, helping business owners stay accountable and focused. Over 90 days, businesses build documented plans and refine systems to deliver measurable milestones.

Step 3: Connection to the Right Support at the Right Time. 

As they work toward goals, the Business Advisor brings in the right experts and resources to support, whether that’s help with systems, planning, funding readiness, or next steps.

By the end of the initiative, business owners walk away with a clear, tangible outcome that strengthens their business and better positions them for long-term growth and impact in your community.
